Uniform Payment

Thank you all for completing the Marching Band Info Google Form. The next step is to collect the marching band shoe and the uniform shirt fee of $47. The good news is that this should be a one time fee throughout high school, unless you need a replacement or outgrow any item. The district has set up an online tool for collecting this payment until
JUNE 21st.

Physical and Activities Forms (MSSHA)

There are other required forms for participating in band (and other school related sports). These forms should be coming from the OFHS Activities Office. Be on the lookout for those!
